This is JS husband here is a little update on day one Heath Jacobs testified that darlene showed up on the night of the 15th going on the 16th between 12 and 2am to tell him she buried someone in drain field. My daughter's former neighbor, who was Darlene's aunt, told my daughter that
Darlene was telling her that she (Darlene) "Was going to kill that f*cking James" shortly before he was murdered.

Hopefully, this important detail will come out during Darlene's trial
for the murder of James.

Ron told me on 4-2-05 that last monday I had surgury on my shoulder
from an old wrestling injury, If I did not speak to him ,then how
did I know why his shoulder had been injured? I wrote about this

The fact is that he got his original injury in wrestling.
How would I know that? Clear back in april of 2005.

I find it very strange that no one from the McClellan family
was out searching for James after he went missing.
When Darlene and Michael returned from Clarkston,
were there no conversations among the McClellan family members
and Michael as to James's possible whereabouts?

The McClellans attended a skeet shoot the weekend of March 19- 20th.

The cell phone that James was allegedly using the night of the
March 14th came up missing during his disappearance.
I heard testimony that Darlene allegedly thought the missing cell phone might have fallen into the perc hole.

Could this be why she told Jacobs about the murder?

The newspaper indicated that LE said the murder took place where the body was found. Since we know the body was MOVED by Heath - - - why did LE say that? PLEASE say this isn't another case where LE hopes to make the evidence fit the pet theory!
