ROSEBURG, Ore. - The only suspect in the murder of Riddle teenager Stephanie Condon was arraigned Friday in Douglas County Circuit Court in Roseburg.

39-year-old Dale Wayne Hill faces three charges, aggravated murder, murder, and kidnapping. He did not enter a plea. Yerington, Nev. (KMTR) - The attorney for a man accused of killing a Douglas County girl in 1998 has asked for more time to prepare for an extradition hearing. Douglas County prosecutors want Dale Wayne Hill to return from the Lyon County Jail in Nevada to face charges in Oregon.
