Circumstances: Anthony was playing with friends in the yard of his home in Beaumont, California when the suspect approached and tried to lure the kids by telling them he was looking for his lost cat. They all declined. Suspect then pulled out the knife described and grabbed Anthony. Anthonys body was found on Berdoo Canyon Road, 2 miles north of Dillon Road, north of Indio. The road leads to Joshua Tree National Monument, which is 22 miles to the north of where the body was found.
Dog Description: At the time of abduction, suspect may have been accompanied by a 6-month-old German Shepard mix breed dog named BUSTER. The leash or collar was shiny silver.
Photo of Cat: Suspect showed a Polaroid photo of a white long hair cat, possibly calico, with 2-3 black spots. The Polaroid was an indoor picture with the cat on a wooden chair, which was sitting on a tan or beige carpet.
Knife Description: Black handled with folding chrome blade hunting style knife.
Vehicle Description: 4 door white sedan with no hubcaps or black hubcaps and 2 red pin stripes down the drivers door, possibly all around the car. The vehicle had California plates.

Last Seen Wearing: Black, red, and white plaid long sleeved shirt (Pendleton style), blue jeans, and a dark blue baseball style hat. He may wear this type of shirt and hat on a regular basis.

Other: Very quiet boyish voice.
